Terms of Service

ttboost (“we”, “us”) operates ttboost.cc and provides an automated gameplay service for territorial.io. You can reach us at [email protected] or on our Discord server.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to territorial.io or its operators in any way.

You place an order specifying a target, a number of accounts and a runtime. We operate our own accounts, which play according to that order. All accounts used to deliver the service belong to us.

We never ask for, receive, or use your game credentials, and we never access your account. Nothing we do requires access to it.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

The service is paid for in credits. Credits are a prepaid unit of account for our service only. They are not money, not a payment instrument, and hold no value outside ttboost.

• Credits do not expire.
• Credits are never exchangeable for money, and purchases of credits are final.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts and may not be resold.
• We deduct credits when an order starts, in full, for its whole runtime.

Where consumer law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, it applies to unused credits only, and expires for credits already spent on a started order — at that point the service has begun with your consent.

You may cancel a running order at any time. We refund the whole unused hours of that order to your credit balance. Hours already begun are not refunded, and refunds are made in credits, never in money.

If we cannot run your order — an outage, maintenance, or a problem on our side — the order pauses and its remaining runtime is preserved. You are charged for work delivered, not for wall-clock time, so an interruption does not consume the runtime you paid for.

Individual accounts may be replaced during an order at our discretion. Replacement does not reduce the runtime you purchased and does not entitle you to a refund.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not offer an uptime commitment.

Any figures shown before or during an order are estimates, not promises. Outcomes depend on other players, matchmaking, and factors entirely outside our control. We do not warrant any particular number of points, wins, rank or result.

You are responsible for the target you specify. If you enter a target that does not exist, is misspelled, or ceases to exist during the order, the order continues and no refund is due.

Use of the service may conflict with the rules or terms of territorial.io. That is a matter between you and its operators, and you use the service at your own risk. Because we never touch your account, we cannot and do not accept responsibility for any action taken against it, including suspension or loss of progress. Such action does not entitle you to a refund.

You may not use the service to:

• harass, target or intimidate a specific individual;
• circumvent our limits, including creating multiple accounts to claim free credits more than once;
• resell or rebrand the service without our written agreement;
• attack, overload or reverse engineer our systems;
• break any law that applies to you.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section. In that case unused credits are forfeited.

New accounts may receive free credits. They are a one-time promotion, limited to one per person, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. They carry no cash value.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment itself.

Initiating a chargeback rather than contacting us first may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of unused credits.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of in-game progress, standing or items.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms. Orders already running keep the terms they started under.

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. Deleting your account forfeits unused credits, since credits cannot be paid out. We may end the agreement with notice, or immediately for a breach of section 9.

These terms are governed by the law of the European Union, and disputes fall to the courts of the European Union. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of protections available under the law of the country you live in.

Signing in with Google gives us your name, email address and profile picture. We use them to identify your account and contact you about orders. We keep order and payment records for as long as the law requires. We do not sell your data. To request deletion, contact us at [email protected].
